Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program
Admission Requirements
✅Must be at least 16 years old (Parental consent required if under 18)
✅Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport)
✅ Social Security Card (Non-laminated) or ITIN
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Live Scan (Background Check) – Instructions provided during enrollment
✅ TB Test & Physical Exam Clearance
✅ Immunization Records
✅ BLS (CPR) card from the American Heart Association
