Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Requirements:
Bring the following documents to your registration appointment:
- Must be 16 years of age (under 18 must have parental consent)
- Government-issued photo ID. (Driver license, state ID or passport)
- Social Security Card (non-laminated) or ITIN (Individual Tax ID Number)
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Additional Requirements:
- Live Scan (Background Check) – We will provide you all the instructions during the enrollment process.
- TB Test & Physical Examination Clearance
- Immunization Records
- (BLS) CPR Certification (offered in class)
Program Cost:
Home Health Aide (HHA)
Requirements:
- Must have an active CA CNA license
- Government Issued Photo I.D
- Social Security Card or ITIN
- Must obtain current CPR Certification
- Proof of TB test and Physical Examination Clearance
- Live Scan (Background Check)
Program Cost:
Tuition Fee: $500
Includes:
- Heart to Serve tote bag with pen and notepad
- Blood pressure and Sprague stethoscope kit
- Free parking
Registration Fee: $150 (Non-refundable)
- The $150 registration fee is due at the time of registration.
- This fee is applied toward the total tuition cost.
